Default committed....I feel for you

The sleep problem we have is one of the main complaints and causes a lot of the other problems women have during this transition. And everyone is so different that it's hard to find a simple solution. The hot flashes and night sweats cause a lot of it and even though hrt helps some women, there are many of us who want to get through it without taking prescription drugs.
