This is somewhat true. 1 c. raw radishes will equal approx. 1/2 cup cooked; therefore, the carb count for 1 c. raw = carb count of 1/2 c. cooked

(You can pack more cooked radishes into 1 cup so the carb count would be higher) I hate to be nitpicky but pretty soon you'll have someone posting and asking you "Why do cooked radishes have more carbs than raw ones?" Just thought I'd save you the trouble.

BTW--radishes are a wonderful sub for hash browns. I even drop them whole into stew or soups.

I'm envious that you discovered the recipe during induction. I ate plain and simple for 2 weeks or more. Welcome to the forum and good luck to the both of you. Glad to have you here.
