One thing that I made last time I was on atkins was crepes... I tookd a couple eggs.. mixed in some protein powder and some splenda... mixed it together and made a really thin omlette. It was good for a change.. still eggs but disguised...
I also eat alot of left overs for breaky.. you don't have to eat eggs and bacon, you can have a left over burger pattie, pork chop etc...
