That is a terrific improvement! There are a lot of things that improve with this method of eating. Probably a combination of better nutrition and lots of water. My arthritis improved during the first week of low-carbing. I no longer have to take anti-inflamatory drugs! Yea! That level of improvement has maintained for over 2 months now. I'll never go back
