These are two of my favorites when I'm really needing something sweet.
Sugar free Jello Pudding made with a cup or so whipping cream and a cup of water. Or less whipping cream and add cream cheese to it.
Low carb cheese cake! 16 oz cream cheese, 4 eggs, two spoonfuls of all natural peanut butter, 17 packets Splenda and some vanilla extract. Bake it at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let it sit overnight in the fridge and it firms up perfectly. Most of mine never makes it that long, though.
