Day 5 Workout -
Abs -- 20 minutes
Weight training -- upper body (biceps, triceps, etc.)

Pretty tired right now, probably the cold weather (always gets me down) Need to sit on the equator just to keep warm! I'll curl up on the couch with a book and blankie!
