this induction is soooooooo difficult for me. I am already burned out on salad for lunch. If I eat any more chicken I will scream. I just cut it into chunks & pan fry it. is there any recipes that I can use during this induction? any help would be wonderful. I would also like to submit a days menus to you to see what you think about it.
breakfast -scrambled egg w/ a small amount of cheese, 1 decaf coffee w/cream & splenda
lunch - 1 chicken cesar salad (2 cups lettuce) , diet iced tea
dinner- chicken fried into pieces, brocolli , water x4)
no snack last night. thanks
