Hi Bill. First....thank you for taking the time to stop by and say a few words in my introduction thread. Here I've been thinking "I need to lose at least 75 lbs. And it sounds like so much. But you're right....I need to start small, with small attainable goals. Thank you so much for sharing with me on what worked for you. I'll be taking it 5 lbs. at a time.
