OK, so how about this one?
Even though it's eggs, an omelette with a bit of tomato, onion, jalapenos, (or salsa) and avocado also does it for me. I think it's the blandness of breakfast choices that's the worst for me.
After Induction things get much easier--look in the breakfast section under recipes and be sure to try the mock danish--it's great!
