We are looking in the surrounding areas of Gainesboro. I get Clarksville and Cookesville confused. I think also there is White County, that is more of the area we are looking. All depends, we will travel to scope out the area we most like, and then go from there. I cannot believe how cheap the houses and land are! You can't buy one acre in Palm Beach County Florida for less than $100k, thats vacant land at that.
