Rosebud's suggestion of going back to induction as a "tune-up" measure is a good idea. Sometimes the concept of low-carbing and how and why it works can float far away from you and you end up sitting there wondering what went wrong.
Make a low-carb cheesecake and freeze it individual pieces. Before you go for dinner, take out a piece to thaw.
