Hi!
Looks like we're all Newbies!
I just bought some pork rinds this weekend, but I can't quite get them down. The crunch is great, but the aftertaste is pretty hard to take.
Anyway, how about guacamole as a dip? You could probably make a nice lunch of it if you add a bit of lettuce.
