The new book really puts it out there. Yes she said use honey, but the caviat is only if you are Insulin sensetive and only once in a while.
There are some new ideas here to ponder. A lot of us have been forgoing the starchy carb because we thought we could do better by using the the green stuff. Guess again folks. We need to add that healthy starchy carb to help us balance all of our hormones, not just the insulin. I think we will all be adjusting and modifying in the near future. I know I am already trying to work the new information into my brain and set up for the week to come.

Her discussion on sleep and stress hit home big time for me. While my sleep is better since I started this in February, I am by no means where I ought to be. The nutrients she suggest are on my to do list for tomorrow. I am amazed at how much emphasise she has put on stress and sleep. That is where I have to focus now. I am just getting to the exercise part. Talk later!
