Thanks, HerbNurse. I have heard of Estroven. If my symtoms continue, I will definitely give it a whirl. It's amazing how much my quality of life improved once I took matters into my own hards. One thing I have learned the hard way is that each of us has hormonal needs that are as individually unique as we are and many of us are making lots of noise so I think some of the doctors are finally coming around.
