Six pounds could be any number of things. Water, different scales, time of day weighing, remember if you are only weighing in at the doctors 3 months ago you would have been wearing a lot less clothing, could be muscle gain. You workout so you could be gaining muscle and have lost fat.
Have you measured yourself prior to LC'ing? Have you then measured yourself now? This is a must. Before getting all bummed answer these questions for yourself.
