I had a planned cheat last weekend. I had french toast for breakfast. Lo-Carb Lunch. And Olive Garden for dinner. Then just went back to Lo-Carb the next day. I didn't go back to induction or anything. It had no ill effect on me, didn't slow the weight loss (still lost my 2 lbs this week), and tasted GREAT!! I did find the cravings for sweet stuff was especially bad this week, but not so bad that I couldn't control myself. Anyway, that is my 2 cents for you.
