Please let me know how it turns out Kevin...I am not a fan of sugar twin brown...I would sub homemade brown sugar. I would love to try it..hubby loves jerky also. Also if you read the recipe it keeps saying "Arrange meat on racks" would that be like a cooling rack for cookies?
