I don't take any vitamins...they always make me sick. So I just have to try to get all of my vitamins in when I eat.

OK this week I am down 2lbs and 1 1/4"! I have now lost 71lbs, and 47.5". I have 14.5 lbs to go, and I would like to lose another 8-10".
