Oooh! Thanks for all of that! Actually Im glad there is an unsweetened vanilla (I always end up adding vanilla extract to milk just to get it down) and I actually do prefer the grainier tast of Soy milk.

Think Ill hope over to Trader Joes and pick up some of that Westsoy - it sounds perfect.
