I have started my TOM yesterday and have gain two pounds, but I know it must be water, that is what I am going to tell myself until proven diffrent I am also going to a baby shower...I am going to ensure that I eat before I go and have a snack in the Jeep so I can go out and have it, if it get too much.
So we can do this, stay strong.
