Bread and Peanut butter
Hi,
I was reading your post and it was a great help. When i first did the whole food combining thing around 10 years ago i lost 25 pounds and it was great. I was silly enough to go off it and well since my ski accident, I have put 20 pounds on and I am looking to take it off.
I wanted to know if one had whole wheat bread and peanut butter or jam if that is ok for food combining as I know we should not have bread and cheese.
Also when can one eat mayo? Can we do tuna and mayo?
Is there a place on this forum to look at food combining receipes?
