I just wanted to second what others are saying.
YOu really need to look at this as a life change. I know that I should follow my own advice. Just think....only a few weeks ago, I was eating crackers, bread, muffins, scones, etc. whenever I felt like it. I was overeating, along with over-carbing! now, I don't really do either!!!
Something will happen. You need the "click" to happen for you when the time is right. And when the time is right, you will do it for you, for your reasons. Nothing will hold you back
