Welcome to October!!!
Good morning all!
I posted to this board yesterday, but I think my official start will be today, the first of a new month. Let's say I used yesterday to get all of the kinks out of my system.
During the day, I am very good at sticking to the WOL, but sometimes I slack off at night. That will be my numero uno goal for October. Cut out the snacking at night. Here it is in writing...
NO FOOD AFTER 7PM!!
