I'll second the Walk Away The Pounds recommendation. There is almost no choreography to deal with.

The same holds true for things like Pilates (although you still need something with aerobic benefit), balance ball workouts, and programs like Slim In Six, Project: You!, Power 90, Great Body Guaranteed. (LOL I'm a Beach Body fan in case you couldn't tell)

The other suggestion I have is for you to hit the library and check out videos there. No sense in buying them until you've tried them on and you can do that there! Also, check out collagevideo.com - they have workouts of every kind you can imagine and 60 second video clips so you can preview them and see what you think.
