Default It's worked for me

I've had a couple of planned cheats. I find that it helps me to resist cravings ... I just tell myself to wait until Saturday (or whenever) and then I can have ice cream or whatever I want.

I also have an extra long workout the morning after a planned cheat. It seems to stop any leftover cravings cold.
