Welcome to this site. You will find most anything you want to read about here. You are also very fortunate to be doing this WOE with your husband. Last May my husband, 2 sons and myself all started LC and we have done wonderful together. It is much easier when the whole family is determined to change, that way the "bad food" is more easily banished from the house.
