I agree w/ Christal, if you can control your cravings and only eat a small amount and it doesnt stall you then go for it, however most of us can't control our cravings for peanut butter. Everything else I can, peanut butter for some reason, I go nuts (no pun intended). But if you can then enjoy. But if you want to do a clean induction then no, it's not allowed and neither are any low carb products, just natural foods.
