Just curious shark,
do you use fresh grated parm or the stuff that comes in a carboard can (i.e. Kraft)
3 cups of parm sounds REALLY expensive (at least where I live)
Rest of recipe sounds great.
I usually make a taco thing with ground beef, chili powder, cumin, after cooking I add sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. I put it all over iceberg lettuce (lots of crunch) and mix it all up together. My own personal comfort food.
