LOL. Well, D~ At least your already Kate's size!!! I still have a ways to go!!! Maybe I could be the "Kate in 20 years" version and do a plus size shoot!
Tom~ You look "perfect". I can't believe that you are trying to lose more! I wish my husband was as motivated. Okay, my workout is the following (My weeks start on Sundays):
Sunday - run 4.5 miles; free weights (6-10 lbs) works arms and back; 10 minutes of sit-ups; stretching
Monday - aerobics and light resistance - 1 hour; sit-ups; stretching
Tuesday - walk/run 3 miles; free weights ; sit-ups; stretching
Wed - off (some days I do the sit ups and stretching)
Thursday - run 4.5 miles; free weights, etc.
Friday - off (family date night)
Saturday - This day I leave for "make-up" or for whatever I feel like getting to but I don't beat myself up if I don't get something in. I have three girls so if I start feeling guilty about how much I'm focusing on me, then I take this day off or get them to go to the park with me while I run or walk. Some days we take the dogs.
My husband and girls have become accustomed to making their own dinner since I'm not around much during the week. That also has been a big guilt factor in where my weight loss is concerned. I feel that I'm selfish.
