Fritz....that is amazing that you lost all that in just 6 weeks. You did say that you were doing a meat and egg fast right? Was that for the whole 6 weeks? What exactly did you eat to keep from getting bored? Sorry for all the questions, I would just love to dump this trailer that Im carrying around!!!
