Default Gosh, thanks everybody!

My last 2 weeks of BFL have been anything but stellar. I've been eating so much CRAP! I have friends in town, and work it a mess, and I'm not making excuses...I've just been downright lazy! But I've been squeezing in my workouts, and still seeing progress.

The scale STILL hasn't moved, but my upper body is looking great, and my love handles haven't come back yet!

I'm glad I can be an inspiration to somebody. My only advice is this....START TODAY! DON'T WAIT FOR THE "RIGHT" TIME...the right time never comes. There's only right here...right now...

So, let's get off our butts and get back to work!
