The sugar free jello does contain nutrasweet and a lot of products have aspartane. I try only moderately because I do believe they slow your weight loss down. But to me, it is worth if it helps me on this WOL. Hopefully, they will be making more products with splenda as the demand increases. But in the meantime..................
