Upped the poundage by a bit. I'm sure I'll be hurting in the morning. I can hardly get the energy up to type!!

3x8 (70 lbs) lat pull down
3x8 (70 lbs) low row
3x8 (35 lbs) curls
3x8 (20 lbs) tris (over head)
3x8 (20 lbs) more tris (kneeling on bench)
3x8 (60 lbs) bench
100 situps (different positions)
