Noura, I didn't move on the scales this morning either. I'm still glad to see the 164.5 though. I'll settle for the same weight for awhile, then I'ld really appreciate a big whoosh. How about you guys. Do you prefer the 1-2 pounds a week or do you like the 4 pound whoosh unexpectedly? The whoosh keeps me more honest with my eating.
