12 minutes on elliptical trainer then an upper bod workout which consisted of:
lat pulldowns - 30kg
one arm rows - 35kg
pec dec flies - 20kg
bench press - 20kg
tricep dips - 30kg
bicep curl - 10kg
abs (crunches) (2 sets)
