Hi!

I buy pots of sour cream (smetana) stir in a teaspoon full of granulated sweetner and eat them.

Maybe it's so long since I had ice-cream I can't remember what it tasted like but it tastes like soft ice-cream to me!

I sometimes add a little pure cocoa powder to make a chocolate version!
