Excercise, excercise, excercise
You know I forgot to mention that I stretch every morning for 20 mins. I do leg raises, about 30 each leg, and alot of excercises I don't know the names for.
Today 35 mins on bike with 2 1/2 pound leg weights on each leg and 5 pound weight excercises with arms the last 5 mins.
Tonight work on stomach
