I finally started working out again.

2. Joyce Vedral's lower body workout
Today - I've already done the 2 mile walk video and after I walk my dog tonight, I'm going to do the upper body workout. (I can't wait)
I really didn't want to get up early to exercise today but I'm glad that I did. I can't wait to start building muscle and toning up.
