If you eat GOOD (ie nutritious) food that packs a punch, you probably won't need to eat as much. We're so used to stuffing our faces with empty food, that when we get some real stuff in there, we don't know what to do!

If you're eating enough calories for your ht/wt/sex/body type, then you should be in the clear. Also, this will start to ease up when you start adding things like nuts, more veggies, and some (selective) fruit.

But isn't it nice to be able to walk past the fridge without falling into its tractor beam?
