I have dentist-phobia, I only go for emergencies. I have noticed much less plaque on my teeth from not eating sugar. I brush my teeth even when they feel clean because my breath will knock a buzzard off a sh!t wagon!!! It's good cause I know it's a sign of ketosis but it gets embarassing to have stank breath all the time.
