31 minutes = 10 MILES
Treadmill:
41 minutes 30 seconds = 3 miles
2 miles jogging
1 mile walking
Crunches:
180
Today I felt alot better with the jogging. I thought I would add more crunches so hopefully I can rid of some of this fat on my stomach.
