A few changes in my routine I will be starting marathon training in September for the LA marathon in March 2006 if I don’t get injured.

Monday
4 mile Run (outdoors) 10 minute mile
10 Mile (outdoors) bike ride 15mph
30 mins rowing machine
30 mins Weights

Tuesday
4 mile Run (outdoors) 10 minute mile
10 Mile (outdoors) bike ride 15mph


Wednesday
4 mile Run (outdoors) 10 minute mile
10 Mile (outdoors) bike ride 15mph
30 mins rowing machine
30 mins Weights



Thursday
4 mile Run (outdoors) 10 minute mile
10 Mile (outdoors) bike ride 15mph

Friday
