Smile Searching for advice

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could offer me some input about my situation? I'm 26, 5'3, 100 lbs. I am not looking to lose weight; however, any and all fat that is on my body goes directly to my thighs (not exagerating). I realize that it is not possible to spot reduce, so I decided to search for a plan that would allow me to lose some of the body fat I have. Is this possible to do without losing weight? I'm a "recovering vegitarian". I used to eat only carbs, but my weight has never fluctuated. I began to wonder if reducing my carb intake would help, and that is how I came to discover low carb dieting. Anywho, I found the Body For Life web site, and the exercise portion it makes a lot of sense. Do you think the BFL plan could help me in reducing my body fat, without causing me to lose weight? I appreciate any input!
