Before you make the decision to quit, have you looked at other ways of measuring the changes in your body. Both Atkins and PPLP say that weight loss may not be the best gauge for the postive changes that are taking place. My theory is that protein builds muscle and this WOE melts fat, so it would make sense that the scale won't drop much we are building muscle while losing fat. You have had such wonderful results in other areas it seems a shame to give up now! ARe your clothes any loser or have you noticed anything else besides weight loss?
