How much onions are you using. Onions can raise insulin and are limited to 2 tbsp because of this. That's why most of us use scallions (green onions). Green and red peppers can also be a culprit for many. I know it sounds like a little thing but in this diet it's the little things that get you.

OTOH, many aren't relieved of cravings until day four. If hunger continues past today, I would cut the onions and peppers.

OTOH, there might just be too long a time between lunch and RM and you need a small protein snack to tide you over.
