Hi There

I am 43, live in the north east of England just outside of Newcastle upon Tyne. I work full time (shiftwork), have a husband and two cats. How's that, life summed up in 3 lines

I have been on the Atkins plan for nearly 3 weeks now and have lost 10 lbs so far. I have at least another 25 lbs to go until I'm at goal and need some encouragement and tips.
