Okay, help is now required please.
Nobody has Farmer cheese, although most people I ask have heard of it. Don't know whether they are confusing it with Dairy Farmers products.
I really want to make this bread, any suggestions for what I could use in its place, or how to squeeze all the moisture out of cottage cheese. Is Quark cheese close? Could I squeeze the moisture out of cottage with a couple of tea towells?
