Okay I haven't been good about posting my excercising in my gym log
I'm going to try and concentrate on my trip-ceps this week..
I'm only doing the ball every other day...I'm feeling a difference but I'm not sure if it's just wishful thinking......
I have a goal that by the time I turn 50 I'll have toned everything up...we'll see..
Enough for today...I'll try and remember about my gym log from now on..
