I'M SORRY, I'VE BEEN SO BUSY. I REALLY NEED SOME MOTIVATION, IT DOES SEEM HARDER THE SECOND TIME AROUND. I NEED TO DO SOME GROCERY SHOPPING, THAT IS THE ONLY WAY I SEEM TO STAY ON TRACK. I SEEM TO HAVE A HARDER TIME WHEN THE RIGHT FOODS ARE NOT EASILY AVAILABLE. ANYONE HAVE SOME QUICK TIPS OR EASY RECIPIES THAT I CAN USE?
