It's arguable that anyone with many pounds to lose (who didn't speed-eat to get that way) is not a normal human. And, for instance, I know that I hit an anaerobic threshold in exercise far before so-called normal humans would. So I'm interested in reading up on and considering aspects of how the body uses oxygen, and ways to enhance that, as mentioned.
